Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health (Taiji) is a program designed for those who are interested in the health aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. This program focuses on mind-body well-being and relaxation. This program does not include martial arts training.

Chi Kung for Health and Meditation

Chi Kung for Health (Qi Gong) is a program designed for those interested in health and mediation. Chi Kung is a Chinese method of developing of the body’s energy. Various methods of Chi Kung and Nei Kung are taught including structural alignment, breathing, relaxation, movement, and meditation.
