Kung Fu Curriculum

The Kung Fu Curriculum is a set of core skills all Chinese Boxers should posses. These skills include: striking, chin na, shuai chiao, kong sao, weapons, and dog boxing. The Kung Fu Curriculum includes training methods for developing the Chinese Boxing Principles and Theory, Chi Kung and Internal Alchemy.
